One Girl, One Boy; Two Double Layouts That Make Me Smile!

This first layout is of my son, who loves to try and NOT smile for the camera - but loses as soon as I tickle him!  I love this kids big, dimpled smiles so much, even if I have to work for them almost every time!
I made this layout using Creative Scrapbooker's Double The Fun sketch for Summer 2016 but missed the submission deadline - so sharing it here, lol! :-)
I used Bella Blvd's Colour My World star paper as background and randomly painted in the stars using CTMH ink and a water brush.  Imperfection in the painting was my goal, I just wanted the random water colour look.

The black dots are splattered on randomly using Imagine Crafts "irRESISTible" Pico Embellisher in Tuxedo Black.  I take the lid off and tap the tube end to "splat" or drip onto the page.  Love the effect as it looks like enamel dots, drying glossy and raised.

This next layout is of my darling daughter, my oldest and my free spirited performer!  You'll rarely see this girl without a smile, and even more rarely not see her dancing, flipping or bending!  She takes after her Dad and cannot sit still!  Fairly sure she was born walking on her toes, lol!
This is her practicing her cart wheels while her brother played baseball - and apparently shoes were slowing her down!

LOVE the paper and embellishments for this layout.  The bright colours of KaiserCrafts "Fly Free" were perfect for these photos, and Chicaniddy's enamel words were the perfect addition.

My two favourite subjects to scrapbook, my babies of course!  Thankfully there is an endless supply of photos of them to keep me creatively busy! :-)
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Scrappin'!
